The older woman working on the daytime staff is very rude and disrespectful. I nicely asked if they could clarify if they got a certain part of my order because it wasn’t on screen and all I got in return was her immediately snapping and yelling at me. Unbelievable. Especially during the holiday season. I told her to have the day she deserves.

I’ve learned especially on the weekends that my order is usually wrong or I’m waiting 15 minutes just to get my food and it doesn’t make no sense and all you get is I’m sorry this will be my last time spending money at this location let me take that back my last time spending money with sonic

I come to this Sonic almost every day because it’s close to my kids’ school, but honestly it’s become the worst one to go to — and it’s not the employees’ fault at all.
The owners removed almost all the stall order machines, and the few that are left barely work. That forces everyone into the drive-thru, which makes the line insanely slow… sometimes it takes forever just to get a soda.
What bothers me the most is the stalls that do work don’t allow tips when paying by card. So these workers — who are out here busting it — are missing out on all their tips just because someone won’t fix or replace the machines. Most people don’t carry cash anymore, so basically the employees are getting screwed out of their money daily.
I tell the workers every day they deserve better. This place could be great if management actually cared enough to fix the machines.Hey it together for the sale of your employees!
