- AAAriel AJan 31, 20265.0I have never been handled with the upmost respect and care as I was today at sonic at around 10 PM whenever a very nice young lady took my order and made sure to follow protocol for my birthday rewards, she was so kind and her employers must know that she is an essential employee and brings so much value to this company and this sonic specifically. Samantha and her friend tonight which was a younger Caucasian lady were very sweet and deserve raises.

When my son had the wrong item the manager, Will, came out and said they would make another one and also gave my son a coupon for a future visit. This is what customer service looks like folks!

I understand being understaffed, but the expectation of fast food is quicker than not. And if you can't give quick service, then an apologetic nature is expected. This location is just not it.
