I did a mobile order with 5 drinks. When i pulled into the line I was the 3rd car from the window and i was brought 4 drinks out of the 5 i ordered by a young lady. So i waited, and waited she never checked back with me especially being if i had everything i needed i wouldve pulled off like the car infront of me which was 2nd from the window. So after several minutes went by i went up to the side door to knock for assistance, and thats when i was approached by the gentleman that approached me by dismissively saying what do you need and gesturing his hands and shrugging his shoulders as if “what do you want” like i was bothering him and i said “ Im missing a drink” he rudely responded “well what was it” very unprofessional and seemed very lazy. Customer service is everything. Please do better.
