The food and service were absolutely outstanding. The white cosmopolitan and grilled pineapple margarita were phenomenal (a must-try!). The blackened redfish was hands-down the best fish I’ve ever had, and the porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection. What really made the experience memorable was the incredible hospitality. Manager Logan went above and beyond—she took the time to get to know us and made us feel like family. Servers Laura and Kodie were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right each night. They even surprised us with a free dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was our first time visiting Texas, and this kind of unbelievable southern hospitality made the trip truly special. I’d give the service 5+ stars if I could! Highly recommend Saltgrass Steakhouse in Fort Worth—5 stars all the way!

- NPNicole PDec 28, 20255.0Went to Saltgrass for a nice birthday dinner with the family. Our server was Shane, he was a wonderful man. He knew the menu and gave out great suggestions. We all enjoyed a steak meal with some shrimp on the side. The place was very clean. We also spoke with Mike the manager, great guy too. Not only did Shane check on us but so did Mike a number of times. Refills, condiments, and to-go boxes if needed. Was getting busy close to the end of our dinner experience and they still never missed a beat with the level of service given. Great job everyone there.
