I was offered a new steak. As we are from out of town, we were pressed for time to get back on the road and did not have time for a reordered plate as it took well over an hour for the first one to come out. We stated this to the waitress and we still had to wait 25 minutes for the bill. Overall not an unpleasant experience but yet a little disappointing.

Ambiance is great--love the authentic western themed nod to ranchers, cattle drives, cowboys and prairies. I ordered a t-bone, a pretty standard steak. The loin side was tiny and thin and the strip side was incredibly grisly. The bone was not even the standard "t" it was in multiple pieces. I spent most of my time cutting away the parts that were inedible. The flavor was incredible, I just wish the meat was a better cut. Service was great!

- AAAeronDec 6, 20255.0I eat here often and you just can't have a better ribeye steak. I get mine cooked medium rare and it's delicious. The fried mushrooms and range rattlers are delightful. The service is impeccable especially if you are lucky enough to get Tana as your server.

Miriam, our server, was super knowledgeable about the menu, gave us great options, and her customer service was on point the whole night. The food was amazing and full of flavor. The queso appetizer was incredible — creamy, tasty, and the perfect start to our meal. The steaks were cooked perfectly, juicy and tender, and the sides were delicious (that sweet potato was everything!). Overall, great service, great food, and great atmosphere.
