My recommendation is to enjoy the salmon without wine or any other drink—just water. If you rinse your mouth before each bite, you’ll notice an incredible burst of flavor every time. We ordered the salmon cooked medium, and both the fish and the risotto stayed perfectly warm throughout the meal. The hostess and our waiter were outstanding and even suggested what may be the best table in the entire restaurant. The total for two salmon entrées, including tip, was around $72, and it was absolutely worth it.
