I explained that the pizza was watery and slimy and asked if the recipe had changed, as we’ve ordered this before. She dismissively replied, “No, that’s just the way it is.” When I asked for her position to document the call, she hung up on me. We’ve heard Pizza Hut was going downhill, but this was our first firsthand experience with it. With so many quality restaurants in Alliance, we won’t be making the drive to this location again.
