Order arrived late, driver insisted on handing it to me instead of leaving it at the door as requested, and then forgot the soda. I contacted them and asked if they had a soda they'd forgotten and they said they didn't, and that they asked the restaurant too and the restaurant denied me ordering a soda even though it's on my receipt both physically and in email. I contacted customer support and after asking me for all kinds of information said that they could only offer a coupon for a free pizza in compensation, so I took it. They emailed me the coupon and forgot to include the actual code for the coupon so it could be used - almost as if the email was a template and they forgot to fill out the most important field. I re-contacted customer support asking if I could just get a refund or have someone bring me the drink, and they said the coupon was the only option - and since the coupon had been sent already, despite it literally not being complete or able to be used, they could only "escalate the issue". So I paid for a drink I didn't get, spent over an hour trying to find a resolution, and ended up with a coupon I can't even use because whoever sent it forgot to include the only part of the coupon that matters.
