  The delivery we had tonight was absolutely amazing! Fresh, hot and cooked to perfection. Was sure to call and give kudos but wanted to post here too!

  Ordered delivery. Cheesy bread comes with marinara and I ordered an extra. Only received one. Pizza box was left blocking the front door and sitting an a soaking wet mat, not on the brick, which was dried out. Delivery driver needs to do better. Orders need to be checked for accuracy!

  Bought a original pan pizza large three tops on the app ( as I always do )it was this past Monday this is the time of a cold front , but when I got home large crust , scattered toppings looks nothing like my Usual pizza . I called since I was already at home , and the acting manager said his manager told him to get from other stores possibly the reason ( whatever the means ) . Gave me the manager name to call me back never did . Went to store , spoken to sLesly she said couldn’t do anything for me . Called corp office said either get with location or their website . My pizza looked or taste nothing like Pizza Hut was like a frozen pizza from the store . I order all the time , yet no accountability or ofer offer reimburse , just got a comment “ it is that it is “ ? William Kelly the acting manager never called me back and Leslie the front short girl with glasses didn’t want to give me the manager or offer to call me back . Pizza Hut , many locations other than you . I will looking to order else where

  My son came in to put in a order. What he ordered was a a large pepperoni bacon hand tossed pizza. A medium pepperoni and bacon hand tossed. Two classic bone in wings both 8 pieces. One BBQ and one spicy garlic. What was put in was 1 LG pepperoni and bacon hand tossed. 1 medium hand tossed pepperoni bacon and sausage. Incorrect. Two 8 piece wings one classic bone in bbq wings. One bone out spicy garlic. I have never had problems with the Haslet pizzahut I've always had really good customer service and pretty good food. This is ridiculous and the pizza is oily and soggy. Worse experience ever.

  I love Pizza Hut and have had no problem with this one before but tonight was so awful. We placed our order sat for an hour for an appetizer, sandwich and wings. When they finally brought out my sandwich it was "diablo style" which I had specifically told the waitress I DID NOT want, and she tells us there's a back up on the wings, never got the appetizer either. Then as we waited for them to remake my sandwich and bring the rest of our food the family behind us that was seated 30 minutes after us got their appetizer and their wings!!! We just got up and left and no one even cared.
