  They had us wait a very very long time and then after the initial quoted time, 1 hour, surpassed, they told us it would be another 25 to 30 minutes. We had many groups go before us that were there after us. This place has gone down hill when it comes to service.

  I remember Pappasitos being better. My wife and her friend had very good dishes (the Monterrey), but I ordered the $50 chicken fajitas, so I could have leftovers. While the chicken was juicy, it had zero flavor. None. Otherwise this is a solid texmex place.

  I have visited this place a lot of times and the food is normally good but this past Valentine's we went and the food just didn't have its kick like it normally do. Maybe it was too busy or whatever the case may be but it wasn't that great this last time.

  After having a flat tire in front of the restaurant, the manager came out with an employee and offered to fix my tire.I explained that AAA was on the way and he insisted that I come in and have lunch on the house. He saw that I was a stressed out woman by myself and wanted to make my day better. What a kind gesture! The food was delicious, service was great and the manager was a class act.

  This Pappasito's does an amazing job taking care of their customers (the food speaks for itself). I mostly do togo which can be a hard thing to manage and make right every time due to the fact that the customer takes it, and judges it at home. I had a minor inconvenience about a month ago, a manager immediately got involved and went above and beyond. Tonight I went back (because I love the food). my experience was a very seamless togo experience. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name who helped me, he was amazing. This young man was deeply concerned with my experience and he was very personable. I could tell he was dedicated to giving his best effort towards my experience. Being a business owner myself I wish I had more employees like him. This employee took great ownership of his roll and he took great ownership in making sure I (just a random customer) was fully cared for. Great employees are the building block of great companies. Massive W tonight guys! When a papps restaurant is packed to the gills and on a long wait time...they still take time to make sure every customer has not just a meal but an experience. This is what keeps me coming back to pappas. The togo employee mentioned he did prep as well if that helps managers know who I am talking about. The previous manager who helped me was behind the bar tonight working hard with them to make things happen. I am constantly blown away by the effort Papps restaurant employees put towards their customers. For me, I am one for life.
