We always love the food when we go there. Portions are large and tasty. Service was very good.Place is usually very busy and crowded.Enchiladas and tamales were my choice and was not disappointed. We enjoyed our evening and were stuffed when we left. Good concept!

The food was Great, including the endless tortilla chips. The salsa was more like a sauce, but flavorful.
The restaurant and ambience Itself was lacking. We were there for dinner on a Friday night arriving at 4:45. Our group of six was sat at a table way too small (asked for another table, but the manager said nothing else was available) we were literally touching knees under the table and having to shift and remove plates the entire dinner, very uncomfortable. The restaurant is very loud and the music is very loud, so between the two it was very hard to have table conversation.
The bathrooms were very trashy.
Again the food and drinks were great and served in a timely manner but you do pay a good price for it. I Would eat there again but would try a different time of day.

Every time I visit TX I find myself over indulging at Pappasittos. The flavors are the best and the portions are oversized. You cant but help over eat. My go to is the steak fajitas or steak quesadillas. Anything steak you can't go wrong but everything is ridiculously good. This time I broke the normal and got chicken flats and enchiladas. They did not disappoint. Love to see at the bar, enjoy a large beer, a big pile of chips/salsa and a great tex-Mex dish.

This was my 41st food and friends great! service ohhh not so much whole order wrong no beef in queso yet charged for the beef and after 20 minutes came back saying kitchen is too busy. waiting 15 minutes everytime before seeing our waitress come back. Fajitas were supposed to be both came with only beef, which the kitchen lady did eventually fix waited 10 minutes for tortillas after getting the actual chicken that was supposed to be on plate. Before leaving waiting to pay bill had to grab a lady manager in black shirt with pearls to get ticket. After paying, sat around waiting for the salsa. 130.. because we tip at least 15% even when service was so bad... the thinvs is we had reservations for 2 weeks so you knew i was coming for my birthday, sorry it wasnt an $1000 party and watchinv ur waitress actually wait on the 3 tables around you, highly pissed. If you wanna celebrate someone dont come here, although the food is great!!! ---->>> Denise was my waitress yall need to talk to her lost my business and anyone I know and trust me there is plenty of words being spread for this. Next time we'll be driving arlington , thank you
And i have sent an email and no one has even reached out hope yall close down fajitas are good but not good enough to treat guests and customers so poorly
