  I took my girlfriend here as a first time experience and her food was perfect. I have allergies and my meal was made incorrectly with said item. The manager (Aaron) and waitress (Natally) worked quickly to fix it along with giving us an apology. They also covered our entire bill and gave us a gift card to use for future use. Great service and would recommend this location to anyone.

  The food was good and the time the food was delivered on satisfactory mas we ordered to-go. We arrived to order the food and the waiter who took our order should not be the taking food orders. And when I say waiter I mean a young male who does not know how to greet people and puts out a vibe of being bothered by customers. This restaurant used to be a place that would greet people with a smile and thanked customers for coming to the restaurant. It is slowly losing that when they hire people who dislike their jobs.

  They had us wait a very very long time and then after the initial quoted time, 1 hour, surpassed, they told us it would be another 25 to 30 minutes. We had many groups go before us that were there after us. This place has gone down hill when it comes to service.

  I remember Pappasitos being better. My wife and her friend had very good dishes (the Monterrey), but I ordered the $50 chicken fajitas, so I could have leftovers. While the chicken was juicy, it had zero flavor. None. Otherwise this is a solid texmex place.

  The food and atmosphere were very good. Our waitress must have had better things to do than come to our table. My wife and I had lunch there and our bill for the two of us was just under $200. For that we only saw our waitress 2 times. When she took our order, and when she brought our check. I had to ask the gentleman that brought our food to get us some refills on our drinks. Those drinks ran out before we were finished and we sat with empty glasses the rest of the time. We had went to Cotton patch the day before and our waitress came to our table at least 5 times. Our bill there was $32 great food great service. Don't count on a quick return.....
