On 2-16-2026 my twin sister and I celebrated our 69th birthday with 8 other family members from across the country. ( Denver, Co, Miami, Fl, Goldsboro NC) We arrived at our 1700 reservation and sat at the 1’st table from the entrance station, closest to the entrance by the windows. The male server was mediocre at best and had to be reminded of items we ordered. The food was delivered with inconsistent temperatures, some was perfect, some was cold and our baked potatoes were never delivered at all. After asking for our baked potatoes on *3* different occasions and never receiving them we requested them to go. Later that night we attempted to eat them we found they weren’t completely cooked. I finished cooking mine’s in the microwave for 8 minutes (2 minutes at a time) until done. This was my first time eating at any of these restaurants and was really disappointed…

Me and my fiancé stopped in to grab a bite to eat before a business meeting we were in town for and let me tell you the food was amazing!!! We got the spinach and crab dib, something crusted salmon lol and the seafood platter, raw oysters (so good and fresh) the passion fruit martini, blood orange mule, pineapple margarita and finished with bread pudding and Crème brûlée! We couldn’t stop ordering because everything was so good!! The only thing that was better than the food was the hospitality of the wait staff who cater and took care of me and my needy fiancé 😂😂 THANK YOU so much to Tristan, Gerardo, Marco, && Julian you guys really made our experience the best! We will be back soon to see y’all and maybe y’all can catch a Cal Presley Band show while we are there!! ❤️

I’m extremely disappointed in Pappadeaux’s handling of a recent situation involving one of their employees. Instead of standing by their staff member after that employee spoke up about experiencing homophobia from a patron, the company chose to terminate the employee. Hospitality should include protecting your team from discrimination. When businesses fail to support employees who speak out against homophobic behavior, it sends a troubling message about whose comfort matters more. Creating an inclusive environment isn’t just about marketing — it’s about how leadership responds when bias actually shows up. In this case, the response appears to prioritize avoiding controversy over protecting staff from mistreatment. Until Pappadeaux demonstrates a clear commitment to standing against discrimination and supporting its employees, I can’t in good conscience recommend supporting this business.

visited Papadeaux Seafood Kitchen this past weekend for Valentine’s Day, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. My boyfriend and I both became sick with food poisoning after eating here. I ordered the Mardi Gras Pasta, and he had the Crawfish Platter. We’ve always loved coming to this specific location and have never had an issue before, which makes this experience even more upsetting. What should have been a special night turned into a nightmare, and we’ve been dealing with the aftermath ever since. Very disappointed. I Understand it was very busy however the restaurant needs to Make sure that food safety is still being in place. Someone was not being clean while preparing the food.

Came here tonight because wanted to celebrate my fiancé having a baby. We’ve been here before but tonight was very unacceptable. Put our name on the list waited at least 15 minutes before going to check to just to see that someone else was assigned to our booth obviously she wants a booth because it’s more comfortable. Went to go sit at chairs waited another 10 minutes for service waitress was actually awesome. However, entrees came out and the Mississippi whatever it’s called dish and the shrimp with every part of the meal was very salty. I spent $225. I only left a tip because I understand that’s how most waitresses make their money but if it wasn’t for the young lady helping us I wouldn’t have tipped one dollar. That was the worst experience ive had at this establishment. P.s. if I wouldn’t have waited that 20 minutes for the booth the hostess gave away after telling us to wait in the waiting area I would have been able to have my food remade. 0/10 experience.
