  My family and I came here for lunch to celebrate my father in laws birthday. We had the pleasure to be taken care of by Yessi. Her service to us was absolutely phenomenal and she was so kind. She truly made this experience wonderful and the next time I'm here, I will make sure to sit in her section.

  We had a great experience! Even though it was Saturday night and we showed up 30 mins earlier than our reservation, we were seated immediately. The service was great, but the food was fantastic! I would highly recommend the grouper with shrimp and crab. The seafood fondue was also fabulous. All in all, chef's kiss!

  Our food was excellent as always, our service was not. The waiter, Joe, started out great, and as it got busy, we got forgotten. By the time he checked in on our food, we had already eaten half of it. We asked for more bread for the meal, and didn't receive it until long after we were done, ready for the check and bill. The worst was waiting about 10-15 minutes to receive the check AFTER asking him for it and along with some boxes. We watched him walk by us several times within that timeframe only to get ignored until he finally went to a printer to print our check. I was seconds away from just walking out because it seemed like the waiter was purposefully ignoring us. Also, we chose to come here to celebrate my husband for Veteran's Day, and the service really ruined it for us. We will definitely not be coming back to this location.

  We went there yesterday afternoon. The front desk staff seated us near window. Ten to 15 min later, no service. Just waiting for anyone to give us a menue or water. We left. Awful service. Never going back. The restaurant was not even full. I can mot imagine what it would be like if it were peak hours. You see servers but they make o eye contact with anyone so you can mot hail them to ask for a menu. The front desk people stated they are not allowed to give venues. Thst is the most bizarre thing to state when customer is waiting over 15 min at a table. This restaurant needs a manager who is checking on guests.

  I use to be one of pappadeaux's #1 fans. However here within the last few months, food has not been the same. From pasta being under cooked. Shrimp tasting tuff like rubber. I thought maybe those experiences was a one time fluke. I recently went back for a cobb salad with grilled salmon to go. Well sadly and very disappointing to see and say, my $32.00 salad was not even drive through quality. My lettuce was oily and old. There was no avocado in my dish that is supposed to be part of my salad. Then to top it off the thin piece of salmon had no flavor and the gray fat layer at the bottom of the fish was thicker then the meat it self. I called back up to the store. Mng Pracilla would not even take the time to talk to me. Instead asked for my name and number by hostess. I never got a returned call to address my concerns...... and no the restaurant was not busy. Once again deeply saddened and not happy with pappadeaux's not to mention my family and I had been going here over 15yrs. I think its time for a change.
