    Order two pizzas the first two pizza where stolen from delivery . So drove up there to pick the order up and they gave me the wrong pizza

    If Google would allow for 0 stars — Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place. Our order was cancelled without any notification—no email, no call, nothing. The only reason we found out was because we checked the tracker ourselves. On top of that, the website pulled in the wrong ZIP code for our address even though the street and city were correct. That’s a system issue, not user error. We tried calling the store about 20 times with no answer. Then we called the order line to speak with a manager, still not knowing why the order was cancelled, and the reps repeatedly refused to transfer us. After several attempts, the woman on the line hung up on us—twice. We eventually figured out what happened by noticing the store address on the order. But the lack of communication, the website glitch, and the absolute disregard for customer service made this a nightmare. Worst customer experience I’ve had in years. You want business, provide service — better customer service at that.
