- JFJaime E F.Oct 17, 20251.0This Papa John’s store has a specific employee who wouldn’t give me his name, but didn’t want to attend me for absolutely no reason because I had a misunderstanding with a customer (when the customer and I ended up apologizing to each other) he was just being very petty for no reason. And ended up not giving me my pizza. I understand that they were busy, but that’s no way to treat a customer or client. Especially if the altercation is not with the employees, but with other people. It’s a shame because I love Papa John’s. People who abuse service like that on not giving you your order simply because they got into their own feelings, should be ashamed of themselves.
