Lady who took my order was passive aggressive and I think she needs help figuring out how to ask questions for an order so that the customer actually knows what the hell is going on. Never ordered from there before and was treated like a toddler for trying to figure out what she was offering. Customer service is hard, I know because I work it, and I also know that even the nicest customers are GOING to seem stupid because they do Not go there Every single day and have everything memorized. Also she didn't put my lid on all the way and the dinky little cup fed my drink to my driveway the second any pressure was applied to the side of it.

The downside is the chance of you getting what u customize is pretty low. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese ciabatta and added veggies to it. Not sure why but I get the sandwich with only egg and veggies. No bacon or cheese 🤔 Very frustrating
