I was given a tough filet I couldn't even SAW with my steak knife, my wife ordered a well done burger & was given a raw mushy cold burger... she spit it out & i lost my appetite. I spent $50 including a $15 cash tip i left for the server because I felt so bad & she didnt cook the food so she shouldn't suffer. This wasn't handled like it should have been. I shouldn't have had to pay for anything when both the entrees I ordered were not even close to properly cooked.
