We went for dinner on a Monday night with an empty restaurant and sat for nearly 15 minutes before the server came and he left because his tablet wasn’t working. He came back and took our order then brought out soup. He disappeared leaving us with no silverware. I finally got up and asked the hostess for silverware. No spoons- went back to the hostess station and asked for soup spoons- she said she’d tell our server. Our steaks came out- med rare sirloin was RARE- only seared. They did take it back and cooked it a bit more. Then the server came with spoons… Thankfully a runner already brought them before the steaks. The server never checked on us.. we finally tracked him down and asked about our margarita and beer. He said “oh they never came? they’re up at the bar, lemme get them.” Warm beer and watery margarita.. the steak was bland. The server seemed like he couldn’t care less about his tables. Very disappointed in Outback! They used to be great and now they are overpriced and overrated! 👎👎👎 Texas Roadhouse is much better with excellent service and food!

They were “not up to standard” according to the manager who came out to inform us. Unfortunately, for my take home meal that comes with mashed potatoes, this was not the case and I had missed out on a side. They also delivered my caesar salad to the table that was ordered to go with the to-go meal, so I had to have them replace that as well. Very disorganized and the manager seems a little clueless… We also had to ask for silverware after receiving food.
