The newer Outback locations have a simplified decor that adds little to the ambiance. It's not a destination. The food is not memorable other than the signature blooming onion. The cuts of beef are subpar, but in line with the price points. The evening we dined was very crowded but the staff and servers worked well to keep the service levels high. They made time to check back regularly.

We had a situation with placing an order to go. Britini (manager) and Emilee helped us get everything squared away. They went out of their way to make sure we had an awesome experience. Great service keeps us dining at Outback Alliance. Thank you, Britini and Emilee!

They gave me the wrong meal then arued with me that it was correct. I ordered an 8 oz filet, and my son had the kids 5 oz sirloin. His steak was bigger than mine. My wife had a 6 oz with the shrimp and my meal was even smaller than hers. I guess about 4 oz just evaporated when they cooked it. Not impressed and for the price, horrible service.

I don’t even know where to start. A few months back I ordered from Outback for delivery. My order had missing items & I called about it. I was granted a $10 gift card for the trouble. Great. Whatever, people make mistakes. About a month or two after that, I ordered delivery and missing items once again. No butter, cheese or sour cream for baked potato or butter for the bread. I usually will never order out unless we have nothing to eat at home or I am extremely sick. I didn’t even have butter, cheese or sour cream at home. I called again & stated these items were missing and this was the second time this had happened. I did speak to a very nice woman who apologized and promised to send me gift cards in the mail to reimburse me for the meal. They came in the mail and I’ve been saving them for a night we don’t have food. I deal with chronic illnesses as well as my child who does, it’s extremely difficult to get out at times. So tonight I needed to use these gift cards & went to order online and it would not take my gift cards. After 45 minutes of trying on both phone and laptop, I called & was told by Vincent, who was also extremely courteous, who apologized but explained the gift cards don’t work when ordering for delivery. So be aware! Apparently when using gift cards, orders never get picked up because people at doordash see the $0 and think they’re not getting a tip so nobody comes and picks the food up. So they are looking into other delivery options because I’m sure this hurts their business. He said if I order pick up, he’d take my gift cards when I got there. I really didn’t want to get out but felt I didn’t have other options tonight so I packed up the kid & went to pick it up. I get home to realize a meal was removed from my receipt & I was given $10 gift card back. Because my check was less $10. Maybe for all the trouble? Which I appreciate but I doubt I’ll ever go through all this trouble to ever use a gift card again. Especially after noticing they forgot food AGAIN! They didn’t add any rice to my plate!! I ordered the 6oz Chicken & sirloin with a baked potato & rice. But lo and behold, there’s no rice on my plate! I do not understand how this place could get every single order wrong 3 TIMES IN A ROW! Is it only for take out this service is so terrible? Do I have a note by my name that says to not give me my food? Three times consecutively is crazy. Was it just my luck? I hate complaining to companies & I have been so cordial about this whole situation but three times in a row blows my mind & is excessive for my orders to be incomplete & missing food. It just makes no sense to me. Like I said, each manager has been very nice but this lack of getting orders correct & missing food has me very hesitant with ordering from this Outback ever again.

For the first time in our marriage, my husband didn’t finish his food. The steak was that bad. We had the top sirloin and it was tasteless and way too chewy. Even the baked potato was scarce on toppings. The raspberry cheesecake was gross. We will never go back to Outback
