  Don't go to this one service is inconsistent and rude. Delete orders off their screen. They gotta remake your food. It's a nightmare every time.

  Reposting this review from last week, as somehow my original review from 1/2/2026 has disappeared. I’m generally a fan of McDonald’s for a quick snack. Today I visited this location and ordered a hamburger with no ketchup and a small fry. I should have checked the order before leaving the drive‑thru, because the hamburger was missing all the usual condiments—no mustard, pickles, or onions. Instead, it had only ketchup. I was disappointed in the employees who lack the attention to detail. Thankfully I’m not allergic to ketchup, but I truly dislike it on a burger. The next time I am in the area, I will choose other food options, and not this location. Really hope they can get their act together.

  The people who work at this place are very unprofessional and lack credibility. They should conduct an inspection. I waited more than 10 minutes for my order and they just ignored me. There was a long line of people waiting to be served, and they ignored them too.

  Pasamos a eso de las 9:30 por una hamburguesa nos dieron mala bebida, y para colmo la señora que parecía latina nos trató de una manera pésima no sé si ella habla inglés o no, pero tuve que responderle en inglés para que cambiara su cara pedante pésima despreciable. Estoy seguro que si no hubiera hablado nada de inglés hubiera seguido con su humillación.

  First of all they hold no accountability by having an auto reply to submit feedback somewhere else. My last 2 visits say a lot about the lack of training and management in this place. Simple reading skills are the most basic requirement and yet they can’t read that a biscuit is not a bagel and that SF on coffee stands for Sugar Free. They gave me the whole wrong thing cause they don’t have reading skills. Incompetent is what they are. Train these employees better and hold management accountable. It’s simple! These employees probably don’t care about how the job is done cause at the end of the day you are working at a McDonald’s… however, you are providing a service to people do your part in society.
