  My order was messed up, but three different employees apologized sincerely, fixed it, and gave me fresh fries without asking for them.

  Come here often not many problems other than them being out of stuff often a lot. I can tell you it’s nice to have a McDonalds here and I definitely had a good meal

  Ordered through uber eats 2 chicken nugget happy meals and a 10 piece nugget, they completely forgot the nuggets for the CHICKEN NUGGET HAPPY MEAL. please tell me how that happens, and they want $15+ an hour?? thankfully we had the additional 10 nuggets so my kids were still able to have nuggets but that was so wild to me 😂

  Made a mobile order at 10:58 pm it says it's open until midnight online. Took me less than 5 minutes to get there. The guy says we're close. I said I just placed a order online and he says they only make it if I'm there bettor Theo close..... if you closing early or have changed your hours then you should change the information in the app. He said I can cancel the order in the app for a full refund.....so I did....7 days until it will process. Which was all I had to get food with so thanks for that....UPDATE::::::: ON MY WAY HOME I SEE PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE ORDERING FOOD .....I pull back into the drive thru and a female this time asked if I used my mobile app to order...... I said I thought y'all just told me you were closed I came through about 40 minutes ago because I had placed an order on the mobile app and was told that I was closed and I could cancel it in the app and get a full refund she did not say anything at all I sat there in the Drive-Thru waiting for her to come back for some kind of explanation finally I pull up to the window can't see anyone in the store at all so when I pulled around to the side there is a bigger lady probably a manager by the way her shirt looked with dark hair just standing there that's crazy and unacceptable I'm guessing because it was a bigger order they just did not want to make it this is the craziest thing I've ever experienced im at a loss for words
