Got handed a mcflurry then told to wait at next window. 10 cars proceeded to go by behind me with their orders. Finally I just assumed something took too long to make and didnt want to reorder it next time so when I asked what item took so long their response was "nothing took long we just forgot your order. It was on the counter the whole time." This mcdonalds needs to rethink their entire outlook on how to actually use the next window because now ive got cold food and a melted mcflurry.

Had the team told us the wait would be more than 10 minutes we would have just left. Still the team member was really nice and the food was as hot and tasty. Really my only feed back is make sure team members are keeping customers informed.
