When we got to the window we tried to have small talk to which she ignored us, she then walked away with my dads card and when my dad complained she shut the door, to which he opened because he obviously wanted his card back. She ended up giving the card back and started talking sarcastically, when we drove off she muttered under her breath “don’t ever open my damn door” extremely rude staff, fire her!!!

Of course not too many employees, which I don't blame them with the icy roads, but the fries were cold, no straws for 4 drinks, 1 Mcdouble missing, and 3 4 piece nuggets missing. There is always something missing every order. Normally I don't say anything because it's just a waste of gas going back, but this has gotten out of hand. I will point out the employees are always really nice. Just gotta work on not forgetting items. I always order online so all my receipts are on the app.
