  Complete trash. Orange juice machines been down for like a year. Today was the final straw getting my order wrong after I thought we had corrected it at payment.

  Made an order for the driver and the service girl didn't even hear my request and even paid attention and told me to follow to make payment and when I arrive she says that my order was not made and that I had to queue again, I speak English a little but all the other cars answered and my order the only one that didn't because prejudice that I really spoke Spanish this has never happened to me in any establishment but this always the service is terrible, if you have to go buy go far away from this

  Skip this location-seriously. ALWAYS have trouble with the app and they make no apologies. Others have had issues with app but always override. Completely apathetic staff.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I understand it’s Christmas Eve and nobody wants to work, I didn’t either. But after a long shift and bringing my kids to get something to eat this was rediculous. You had the employees fighting in the back and were too busy to answer the intercoms in the drive through. 20 plus people went inside due to no service. While they were fighting and serving cold food it was dirty. We got the entire wrong order. We ordered two number ones and a 5$ meal deal for my son. We got one Big Mac, 5 sides of COLD STALE fries, missing the burger on the meal deal. Only thing warm was the chicken nuggets and that was BARELY. I just wasted money here and recieved the absolute worse customer service ever on Christmas Eve of all places.

  Acabe de salir del servicio carro que se tardo en atender nos ese no es el problema es que mientras mi esposo pedía la orden el empleado estaba maldiciendo y hablando malo y quejándose porque pedimos una orden grande total se compró nada ahí se quedó, se que el trabajó en un restaurante de comida rápida no es de 5 estrella pero no es la forma de tratar los clientes no tenemos la culpa de que estes trabajando ahí es la segunda vez que sucede yo sola y ahora con mi familia no se que pasa en este restaurante que los empleados viven amargados y faltando el respetó a los clientes no se que piensan hacer pero necesitó comunicar me con la oficina central de este Mcdonal's
