Employee was rude when I asked for a chocolate milkshake saying “not right now” and I said “are you sure?” I asked because their ice cream machine has been broken for more than a year. Then he was refusing to take my order because he said I was “rude” just because it has been more than a year since their ice cream machine broke. I get that excuse all the time at this location. Also, McFlurrys are never available because of this exact same reason. McDonalds please fix their broken ice cream machine that apparently is only broken if you order in person or drive thru, but is available if you order online or delivery. The audacity with the employees is beyond terrible!

Not to mention they close early and dont put up a sign just turn off all the lights even though it says "open" online.

I ordered online today and my order was messed up, I went up to the store and Elaina was very helpful and had a great attitude and customer service even while being really busy with the morning rush. I walked in the door set the bag that they gave me with the wrong order in it on the counter and the black man behind the counter wouldn't give me his name after he told me to back up and don't ever put down a bag on his counter like that again I said what are you talking about? I said this is not my order. I said all I've got in this bag is fries. The guy wanted to fight me. He wouldn't give me his name. The bread was stale. French fries were cold absolutely unbelievable
