We got back to our hotel to find every single burger covered in onions. When I called to request a credit (since we were settled in for the night and couldn't drive back), the floor manager, Isaiah, refused to help. When I tried to explain the situation, he literally HUNG UP on me. $36 wasted on food my kids couldn't eat, and management that hangs up on customers. Zero accountability
