- CNCam NieOct 7, 20251.0went to McDonald’s in lake worth last night with my family we placed mutiple orders they called my order i went to go grab it & sit down one of there workers comes out & start fighting me over the order grabbing my arm my shirt gave me a bloody scratch on wrist & was telling me the order was not mine none of the employees tried stopping her they just watched her after she realized it was my order she didn’t apologize she just walked away I called to speak to general manger there manger Erica gets on the phone makes serval excuses for her behavior they say worker is deaf but that dose not give her the right to assault if she is deaf she shouldn’t be dealing with customers i understand it could of been miscommunication but for her to assault me in grab me was terrifying for me & shook me up badly in the moment finally talk to general mangers he was very bias & not helpful at all I will just talk to cooperate & higher ups they don’t care there workers are assaulting people
