First of all, Chick-fil-a would NEVER ! I did a mobile app. Not know how to request for jelly/syrup. Usually when doing curb side they bring out condiments for you to request, this man as usual comes out (fast paced) hands you your food and immediately walks off. No good morning, no have a good day, no NOTHING. I realize I didn’t get any condiments and go around to go in to request. Inside they watch you stand there without asking how can I help you or anything. The guy that came out walks by to go deliver another outside order, no I’ll be with you in just a sec, nothing. He comes back behind the counter, finally asks what do I need. I advise him I ordered 4 sausage biscuits and didn’t get condiments. He tells me how to request them on the app rudely. No asking what it is I want just hands me 4 grape jelly packages, I ask for syrup and says it’ll be a charge. I ask is he the manager, he says yes. Asks for his name and he walks off ignoring me after asking for his name 3x’s. I hate having to do bad reviews especially dealing with people and their jobs. But I hate being mistreated when I’m being polite and respectful. For him to be a manger, he is HORRIBLE. I’ve heard about him from a couple-worker but never experienced bad service until now. I won’t lie and say I won’t be back because it’s the only McDonalds by my job, but I pray he does better.

The last 2 days I have ordered oat mill. Which should come with a package of apple's. yesterday The lady gave me 2 of the raisin packages. today She gave me one raisin package and no apples. I went back through the line to ask for apple's. It turns out they are out of stock. I do not understand a service related business that has no scruples. If you are out of stock inform the customer. don't sell them something,charge them full price and then don't give them what they purchased. Who does this? apparently mcdonald's does this. Today is my last day to shop at this mcdonald's.
