  Went to this location last Night around 6 or 7 PM . You would think that because this McDonald’s is located in the nicer area of Camp Bowie you would receive excellent customer service and food, but I really couldn’t tell the difference between the horrible McDonald’s that’s on camp Bowie by Locke Ave and this one. The Manager that took my order did not greet me. Didn’t ask me if I was using the app didn’t say thank you didn’t say hello rude and dull as can be. Then you get to the second window and the young lady with the glasses is the same way dull no hello no nothing. I got a thank you that I barely heard at the end.. I guess beggars can’t be choosers in this kind of industry. I swear ever since I moved to Fort Worth I can’t seem to find a decent McDonald’s to save my life . If your staff did not want to be at work, then they should not be working there and find another job for this McDonald’s to be located in such a nice area and to receive such bad service is crazy and It says a lot about your employees and what they value. Customer service will never be the same, and you guys never fail to make me realize this. Do better get a better manager hire other people there are thousands of people that need a job. Why keep the same people that are giving you consistent issues with customer service when your company is based off of how you treat people. I’m convinced that every McDonald’s literally needs to be shut down and reopened by people who care about their job and care about customer service. Were cold and I think I have high blood pressure because of how much salt was on them the Nuggets were as hard as can be and got thrown in the trash. I asked for lettuce on my burger and I get four strands of lettuce. Like is it that hard to put some lettuce on a burger that comes in the bag full of lettuce? Are you guys that down bad that you now have to serve horrible food on top of horrible customer service.

  Nice clean mcd with seating arrangement however less parking. The staff is courteous and food bee served warm.

  Every single time I come to this McDonald’s in the morning and I order my food on the app every single time I have been sitting here for 10 minutes I’ve seen probably eight cars go by and I literally order online in order to get my food by the time I get there

  These ladies that work here spend more time laughing and cackling in the back instead of making food. Finally when I got my food it was made wrong. I didn't even have them fix it, it took long enough to just get the food made wrong. There was probably 7-8 people on shift and a total of 3 people actually working. This McDonalds is just a waste of time. The employees are just laughing and having a good Ole time instead of actually just making the food. They weren't even busy but 3 out of the 7-8 people were actually working. I would avoid this one, it's worth driving 15 minutes to another one so you can get the correct food you ordered. There's nothing like scraping food off your sandwich before eating after waiting 15 minutes.
