  This is the worst McDonald’s in town! I came in to have a seat and wait for my uber to come, I was told by security that I had to leave unless I was ordering something. Mind you the entire lobby was EMPTY so it’s not like I was taking up seating from anyone. Very rude and I don’t appreciate the customer service. I have ordered from this restaurant on multiple occasions but the moment I come in to wait for my uber I’m asked to leave !? Unacceptable. I will not be returning to this establishment

  Lady in the window was passing my food out the window and she dropped my kids meal. She looked at me and continued to pass the food. After that she had called someone to the woman and ask me what I needed.. I said she dropped my kids food on the ground can I get a new box, she told me to pick it up, I said I’m not giving my kids food that fell on the ground can you make me a new box. She interrupted my talking to tell me to go to #2 reserve parking spot. I watched the box stay in the spot until one car pulled up and after they drove off the box was gone. A little while after I seen the box was gone a worker came out to serve the box.. I threw the box and drove into the the drive thru and asked for the manager. She acted like she didn’t understand English and proceeded to say a bunch on bs. This happened 21FEB2026 @ around 1230

  My daughter absolutely loves McDonald’s just as any other child in this world. Today we had a horrible experience. I ordered the two cheeseburger medium combo with a Sprite and an apple pie. I’ll receive my order quickly as usual. I handed my daughter her food. She took one bite of her french fries and started gagging. I asked her what’s wrong And is she OK? I looked back to see hair hanging out of her mouth. I quickly pulled over and had to help her get the food out of her throat that had hair hanging in her lips. I took the food back to McDonald’s and asked could it be remade and explained that there was hair in my food My daughter only had maybe two french fries out of this entire order. She never bit any of the burgers and never took a drink of her drink. I brought everything back, including the drink and unwrapped the straw. The young man helping me name was Christopher. Lucerne He turned around and was trying to remake the order when he was approached by his manager, Maria Who told him he could not remake the order and then he could potentially be fired if he were to remake the order which had to be translated because she did not speak EnglishI quickly question why and she told me that they just don’t remake orders I told her all of the food, including the drink is right here she’s still insisted telling me no. I asked for the corporate office number. She told me they are franchise and don’t have a number. And walked away, refusing to speak to me I came in calm with no attitude. I also own a restaurant myself my customer service would be nothing like that, and this employee is poorly trained. Literally, everything is in the bag. I am including photos. There is absolutely no reason to not remake this order there’s no reason to catch an attitude and turn your back to someone who’s not being rude to you or raising their voice. I am not a happy camper at all. I would never treat anyone like this. Something definitely needs to be done. thank you for taking my money and NOT allowing me to feed my child. The manager who was on duty, had to have a translator she said that she did not speak English.(Maria) I asked what her last name but nobody knew the manager’s

  Has to many rules and plus don't have outlets for you to charge your phone in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee before work it's rediculous and no bags in the restroom why

  I pay for extra caramel drizzle every damn time through the app, the most it will let me add, and the workers act like the drizzle and the sauces are coming out their paycheck like this isn't a multi million dollar cooperation
