- KCkera conley2 days ago1.0This was one of the most uncomfortable fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The manager was openly yelling at employees and calling them “stupid” in front of customers. It was loud, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing to witness. No one deserves to be treated like that at work, especially over fast food. The environment felt tense and hostile, and it completely ruined the visit. If this is how management treats staff, it says a lot about the culture here. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who expects basic respect and professionalism. On top of that, they got our order wrong and when I asking for our missing burger it seemed to be a hassle to do their job. She is yelling at all employees in the back in middle of a dinner rush and it’s truly uncomfortable.

I placed a mobile app order for lunch for my family, and they forgot half of the food and still managed to mess up the rest of the order. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I didn’t even bother going back because the lady working there had a nasty, unprofessional attitude. If you hate your job that much, go home. Customers shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience. Extremely disappointing. I will not be returning. Do better, McDonald’s.

My food was not warm at all it was cold. I do not why they would even serve me this food when I told the lady she was rude about it and said they couldn’t do anything about it.
