The female Hispanic manager is rude and shut the window in my daughter's face after she was upset her mobile order went through and said it womas being made but they apparently weren't accepting mobile orders. The manager stated she couldn't do anything or make the food to go online and deal with it. Online it clearly stated that the store handles refunds. She still refused to help. This happens often as well as the service inside will take 10+ min to be acknowledged but if I go through the drive through it's a steady flow. I had high hopes when they changed management a while back but nothing has gotten better.

I ordered a drink with no ice, but I was given the wrong drink. When I calmly let the employee at the second window know, she reacted in a very unprofessional manner. The employee was a young woman with braces, wearing a high-visibility reflective vest (the kind worn so drivers can see employees outside). Instead of correcting the order respectfully, she huffed and puffed, said “oh my God,” and then slammed the drive-thru window shut in my face. I did not raise my voice or behave disrespectfully—I was simply asking for my order to be fixed. This interaction was uncomfortable and disappointing, and it does not reflect appropriate customer service. I hope management addresses this behavior so future customers do not experience the same treatment.
