  The service is very slow. I ordered at the kiosk and it took about 20 minutes for the food to come out and it was wrong. While I was waiting, there were several people that came inside from the drive thru line outside just to try to get their food. No one working seemed to care or even tried to help. Definitely won't be back to this location.

  This McDonalds is run so poorly. Orders are never right when you order from there for delivery. When you dine in it takes years for them to prep your order and when they do it is always missing something. The manager is rude when you try and get things fixed. I suggest you go to the mccart McDonalds or the Bryant Irving one. Better service and they seem to get orders correct consistently.

  Absolutely unacceptable. (January 8, 2026) This was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The man working the counter flat-out refused to take orders and told everyone they had to use the kiosks — yet the kiosks were out of paper, so customers had no way of knowing their order numbers or when their food was ready. Complete chaos. The food was just as bad. Burgers were slapped together with no sauce at all, and the nuggets were clearly old and stale. Nothing was fresh, nothing was done with care. To make things worse, the employee at the counter had terrible customer service — rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. The lobby was out of control with a bunch of kids hanging around, not buying anything, and playing in the restrooms. No supervision, no structure, no order. This location desperately needs new management. There is zero organization, zero professionalism, and zero accountability here. I will not be returning.

  I don’t know where to start online order, 30 mins in drive thru no one to help me, change app to pick up wait another 10 mins finally go inside, 3 others waiting no one come to counter to ask if they can help, finally I ask if someone can help the guy says not his job I said can you just hand me my paid for food please! I get food and since this is my 3rd bad experience in a row here, great grand will have to get food at the other one that I keep forgetting about just as close, just different direction, please do better even the little Hispanic manager is no help

  Very displeased. The lady brought out my food with no service etiquette at all. I tried to tell her my order was wrong as she was walking away but she was on a personal call not paying any attention. Then she stood in the doorway for moment with my food, STILL ON HER PERSONAL CALL. Finally after a longer time my correct order came out with barely cooked bacon on it. This is the type of behavior I’d excuse from sycamore and Chisholm, not Risinger. Not to mention it’s like they took a medium fry and dumped it in my large fry. What’s going on?
