This place is awful and it’s been awful for several years I don’t understand. I’ll stop going for a few months and come back and it’s still just as bad as it always is. It’s insane the fries are never fresh - even tho them always seem to be busy or at least running behind on each order. the burgers and nuggets are always subpar and cold. It’s ridiculous that this place is so bad but still open.

This location is the worst!
We constantly have faith that they will magically get better but they only get worse. We constantly get parked for whatever order big or small, we wait for large amount of time only to get home with incorrect orders and or cold disgusting food! When we call to see about getting it resolved,, guess what? No answer! I’ve left message after message and still no urgency to reach out to me. Shame on all who give this kind of service to your customers! I definitely know I’m not the only one! I’ve lost money and that’s what I get for believing that you are going to get better!
Night crew desperately needs new management. I’ll see how long it takes for someone to even care about my situation!

All of the tables were dirty. There were no napkins available for me to clean them myself, not even in the bathroom. I asked for napkins and didn't get them or my drink until I was completely finished eating. Not many people there either, so it's not like they were busy.

I want to say that I have been pulled forward and asked to wait for my food more often at this location than at any other McDonalds in the DFW area. Food is always hot, but having to wait 5 minutes or more for my food is frustrating. And my orders are not large. Today I ordered a Happy Meal and quarter pounder with cheese. The food is typical McDonald's but service is definitely inconsistent.
