It seems as though you have to speak Spanish for her to act in a friendly manner towards you. I watched on as a African-American acted friendly towards her and she was indifferent. As I walked up I made sure to make friendly eye contact and she reacted as unfriendly as you can get.Yet the guy behind me said good morning in Spanish and she reacted in a very friendly manner.. I also noticed that the Spanish speakers order was ready ahead of other people that were waiting before him including me. One day I would like to come in more prepared as in with a hidden camera and catch all this on video. Then I could report it to the proper authorities. Because I know a simple review really doesn't matter to a large corporation like McDonald's.
