    This McDonald's is has bad managers the guy that runs the the drive thru I'm glad it's a new McDonald's down the street will never go back to this place

    The morning service here is horrible Their managers are rude specially a manager named Sofia.They have no manners and they’re even rude to their staff. I recommend to not eat at this McDonald’s or go to their drive thru their slow and they don’t even take your orders rite.

    Did a mobile order told me to go to spot one waited for over 15 mins to get my food had to walk in and see my food sitting there and now it’s cold worst service EVER

    went through drive threw and was told I wasn't going to be given a monopoly sticker on my drink, day before I was told they give out the hashbrown sleeves since they ran out of cups. this day I asked about that and was told they didn't give them out anymore. this is false advertising since the app I ordered from said I would get one with drink.

    Overall I would say for a McDonald's it was a decent experience not an over the top wonderful experience This particular time was less pleasant than the other time I visited there because I don't know if there's actually something wrong with their speaker and the drive-thru all of a sudden but there was no crackle on it so I do not believe that was the issue it was the person who was speaking they were speaking incredibly low and incredibly fast which is a horrific combination obviously... On top of that I kind of gotten into the monopoly thing since you know if I'm going to eat breakfast garbage figured I might as well try to get something out of it right? And I don't mean that in a this particular McDonald's I'm just saying watch supersize me and educate yourself anyway so I was trying to look on my app but the line started moving so fast that I really couldn't safely do that and operate the vehicle and I was just trying to confirm that what it showed in the app where the items that did actually have the physical monopoly pieces on them because I don't know because I haven't done it since I don't know when I mean probably two decades ago at least but anyway this year in addition to the physical pieces they also have digital Monopoly pieces for certain food items which I haven't done any of those yet I don't know I just like the physical pieces I guess but anyhow plus you have to do a mobile order and yeah it's just and most cases easier for me with certain restaurants not to do a mobile order for certain types of food because I've had with McDonald's in particular all of them not like just one they just cannot conceive of the concept of putting a piece of meat between two pieces of bread and that is all no cheese on it no vegetables on it no condiments I mean I've almost gotten rude or wanted to when I did one time I was very young I do remember that like maybe 18 for reference I'm 45 now anyhow and I finally was like I need the thing that goes move and you know the stuff that's called wheat that grows in the field and they mill it and turn it into bread and then that becomes buns I say you put the thing that goes move in between the two wheat mill bun things no anything else Cal Brett only You understand like yeah it was bad but it just kept happening every single time I went there and I was just like come on I am making it actually super easy for you and you're just like robotically screwing it up every time I don't defend the way I behaved even though they were behaving more rudely but I still don't defend it and act that way nowadays but anyhow bottom line the woman just didn't seem to be able to tell me yes or no on yes the large iced coffee does in fact have a monopoly physical game piece on it as it says in the app! Turns out it does as well as several of the coffees I looked like almost actually all of the coffees both iced the frappes the hot coffees and so it just looking back it's just so insane that she didn't know Well you know her job? And then she was getting very frustrated and angry with me over the speaker at the drive-thru before I even got to the window because I needed to just know that information so I could make sure I was ordering what I wanted to order to get at least the number of pieces that I wanted to get that day not really a complex thing just you know you're inside there You work there You make the iced coffees you see them you feel them you know if they have a monopoly piece on them or if they do not and anyway there was a huge apology from the manager and whatnot because he actually I guess heard what she was doing so that went a long way and that always goes a long way with me and it's not so much about you know giving me gift certificates or refunds I mean that gesture does mean a lot but it's more about a sincere apology and a handling of the issue with the employee you know? I will say the fact that it WAS most definitely done @ this location quite well & so that @ the end of the day means EVERYTHING So I what I'm really saying is you should enjoy ur experience here!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
