  This time my drink tasted weird, Ordered a coke and it tasted like Root beer mixed with a chemical, also the mchicken sandwhich bun was brunt, tasted bad that I just threw it away.

  I had hair in my burger so glad I noticed it before I pulled off I even gave it back to the girl at the window. Disgusting!!! Do better!!!

  You all marked the DoorDash order as ready at 445a, February 11,2026. I banged on the window, twice, and the female manager tells me I have to wait until 5am to pick up the order, because its not ready and yall arent open yet. I asked why yall marked the order ready prematurely, and she proceeds to act like she doesnt understand English. Well, maybe you should not be in an English speaking country working customer service. -Stop accepting orders so early knowing that youre not going to give them out until opening time. -Stop marking orders as ready when they are not. If it marks as ready when you print the sticker, you either need to wait to print the sticker, or contact corporate to have the tech team fix it. Do you not care that it makes us look like we are lollygagging? Do you not care that if I was Dashing on Earn By Time it will look like I'm stealing time and could possibly get deactivated? Take this feedback, get out of your feelings, and do better. We all have a job to do, and obviously we need each other to make it work. Stop being lazy, ignorant, and uncaring. But, with me having previous experience with the owners team, I understand the lack of care. Multiple times I asked not to be contacted when giving feedback, and they emailed me anyway. When I asked why she didnt respect my wishes to not be contacted, she said the owners want to show they care and she's told to contact anyway. We'll, obviously, the owners are ignorant and dont care about anyone but themselves.

  Terrible second drive thru order taker, didn’t want to answer price question on a menu item. I kept saying hello with no response, and after a few minutes punts me to first lane operator. May be having a bad day, thats ok as long its not a pattern. And McD folks, please stop replying with a canned message, not helpful, I am not sure how much more detail you need.
