- DPD P6 days ago1.0I came to McDonald's to get a frappe and a mcgriddle for my daughter in the morning time. I went through the drive through and asked for extra caramel syrup in the frappe. I brought the food home and gave it to her and after a few sips she realized and said to me that there wasn't any extra caramel in the cup. She was correct the syrup on the sides of the cup that you get when you ask for extra syrup was not there. I finished some things I was doing and took the frappe back to McDonald's. I walked inside with the drink, now melted, and my receipt and asked them if I could get one with the extra caramel. The first thing they did was take a small cup squirt some syrup onto the sides and dumped the old melted frappe into the cup and tried to hand it to me. I couldn't even believe it. I did not take it from them and they disappeared behind the wall again... In a few seconds the same kid emerged with a frappe that barely had extra caramel... But I left with it anyway. I tasted it in the car and it was awful. It was definitely the original frappe remixed into some ice. Which is entirely unsanitary for their equipment. And a completely unprofessional act - displaying some of the worst customer service I may have ever received at McDonald's . In the parking lot the people in the line had blocked my car in and even when I put my reverse lights on and honked once or twice no one budged. I drove over the curb in front of me to leave. 0 stars this place is awful.
