I simply asked a question about the difference between ordering a meal and ordering items separately, and I politely requested that my fries and nuggets be served hot. Instead of responding professionally, the supervisor became rude and dismissive. She then began speaking to other shift crew members in Spanish while looking directly in my face, talking trash about me in Spanish, not knowing I understood it all, because I was bilingual, which I found extremely disrespectful. Whether intentional or not, it created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. Fort Worth is a diverse city, and there are many bilingual customers no one should be made to feel talked about or disregarded. This behavior showed a lack of class, poor leadership, and very low customer service standards, especially for a supervisor. I expect better professionalism, respect, and courtesy from management staff, particularly in a hospital setting where customers are already under stress. I hope corporate management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training for supervisors at this location.
