  Stop putting buy one get one sandwich stickers on bags if your not going to honor it. Day manager very rude person, and argumentive. Lost a customer. App deleted.

  This McDonald’s, right across the street from IHOP, is hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the place looked filthy — tables covered in crumbs, sticky floors, and trash overflowing from bins. It’s shocking that a restaurant with such a big name could be this careless about cleanliness and basic customer comfort. The staff here act like they don’t want to be bothered. Not only was my order wrong, but when I tried to politely correct it, I got attitude instead of help. The energy in this place is awful — no sense of professionalism, no respect for customers, and zero accountability. It feels like management doesn’t care about running a clean or respectful establishment. What really disgusted me was the way some employees talked to customers. I overheard comments that were completely inappropriate and offensive, and no one stepped in to stop it. A restaurant that allows that kind of behavior says a lot about its culture and leadership — and none of it is good. No one should feel disrespected or uncomfortable when they’re just trying to grab a meal. Overall, this McDonald’s needs serious retraining, cleaning, and management changes. If you’re in the area, just walk across the street to IHOP — you’ll get better service, cleaner tables, and staff who actually treat you like a human being. I’ll never be coming back here again.

  Placed an order on the app, pulled up and a car is blocking the driver thru where you order. So i drive Around to the window thinking I’d just grab my food from there. Nobody comes to the window, the employees are walking past the window as if I’m invisible. I have My son go to the front door and it’s locked. I drive Back around to the window, again the employees are acting like I’m invisible. I even Go back around and knock on the window and was ignored as an employee looked at me knock. There was someone working on the menu screen outside and i assume They were closed due to a technical issue which is fine and understandable. My thing is if that’s the case why are you allowing orders to be placed on the app, why are there no signs on that door to inform consumers, why did the manager not come up with a better plan to inform customers of what’s going on. A simple sign on the windows would suffice. So now I’m out of $25.00 with no explanation. I’m very reasonable and understandable, it’s just the principle. I’ll be contacting corporate, the manager , bbb and whoever else to inform them of how the manager is running this store
