  Everytime I come to this particular mcdonalds, I never get a correct order. There's always something wrong with it and it never fails. I dont understand how you screw up literally all the time. It's always something missing or its not even what I asked for. Absolutely ridiculous amount of carelessness but that's kind of the norm now I guess.

  Mistakes frequently occur at this location, its legit a roll of the dice if im gonna get the right food or not, and then they are stingy with french fries. And the managers are extremely rude. I wont be ba ba ba ba back because i dont love it.

  Everytime i come to this location there is an issue, they short on the french fries and half the time they dont even get the order right, and then when you address the problem they make you feel like its your fault instead of correcting their mistakes. I avoid this location now.

  I recently visited this McDonald’s location and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere felt dull and uninviting — there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no sense of customer service. It felt like the staff were simply handing out food and sending you on your way with no effort to engage or make the visit welcoming. The food itself was okay, but it wasn’t as crisp or fresh as it should’ve been. What stood out most, though, was the lack of staffing and attentiveness. It seemed like no one was focused on customer experience, and the overall energy felt unorganized and indifferent. Cleanliness was also an issue. The dining area and surrounding spaces clearly needed attention. Tables weren’t wiped down, floors needed cleaning, and overall it didn’t give the impression of a well-managed or well-maintained restaurant. In the end, the visit felt rushed and overlooked. With better staff engagement, improved cleanliness, and more attention to customer service, this location could be much better — but as of now, it definitely needs work.

  This place is horrible, you’re better off going to the other locations. This McDonald’s took my reward points, refused to honor the free item, argued with me like I’m the problem, and still made me pay. The staff clearly has no idea how the app works, no customer service skills, and no interest in fixing the mess they caused. Honestly, it takes talent to be this unhelpful. This is by far the most incompetent, unprofessional, and flat-out embarrassing McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with.
