Well they once again didn’t listen, they put the espresso in the drink and didn’t add extra caramel syrup. It was so gross and too strong, but they did still gave me espresso on the side. When you speak up they act like they don’t understand English then they go ask someone else. What’s so crazy this only happens in the morning. If it’s not my frappe’ it’s the food. It’s always something with them it never fails. Sometimes if I don’t have time to stop at this McDonalds I will go to the one in Arlington. After this incident I will for now on go to the one in Arlington. All I can say if you going to work do your upmost to keep customers happy and listen.
