After waiting for about 5 minutes I decided to move up to the windows to see if anyone was inside or to see if they were closed. Unfortunately to my surprise I saw tow employees just standing around not doing anything. Once they notice me I showed them my phone with the code and the man at the window just mouths "I can't hear you". After he comes to the window and finally opens it I asked home if they would be able to make my order and I was told " no sorry you can cancel the order tho". So now I'm sitting here having to wright this review instead of eating my nuggets. Never will be back to this location while they work there ever again!

While I was there one of the employees had cleaned multiple times. Very impressed with cleanliness for what I saw sitting in the lobby. Only complaint I have is there are no plugs to charge devices.

The manager didn’t understand what I wanted and charged me $1.96 for extra caramel without communicating that to me. But, Omar made the visit end well, and I walked out the door with a tasty coffee, and a smile thanks to him! :)
