It’s to the point I’m just getting a refund every time they can’t even have the patience to take my order but can park me for 10 minutes. I swear when I worked at McDonald’s my manager was sending people home for that type of bs. People don’t come spend their money to be rush to order then parked for 15 minutes for no reason. It’s always the really young black girls (I’ma young blk girl) and it’s almost like the managers are scared to put them in their place or get them gone. But it is 2025 and I was simply born too late for customer service.

From the time i ordered to the time i got my coffee 5:52am to 6:00am. Sitting there looking at race trac next door thinking next time I'm stopping there for coffee.

I'm finding another place. I asked them to turn the music down. It was early morning. I was literally the only person in the store. I'm not sure who they have the music on for. When I'm gone it will play for no one.
