    Why am I having to ask for cream and sugar? This girl just handed me my coffee bare? They didn’t mention it at the speaker either! Usually I don’t have any problems with this location but today they slack real bad

    So I get it the place closes at 1am, but at midnight..both drive through lane display menus were "blacked" out and down. Fries stale, Luke warm, no salt. The mcChicken was cold and stale.

    I’m leaving a review because this is the second time within a week I’ve had horrible service. I ordered food asked for a SPRITE. Got to the window and they confirmed the wrong order. I can understand that it’s a 2 lane drive thru so we corrected that. Get to the 2nd window and they have a Large Powerade. I said no ma’am I asked for a Sprite not a Powerade. The lady says well the receipt says Powerade. I respond but I asked for a Sprite. Again a simple mistake that could be fixed. She refused to change the drink. I was like this is ridiculous just give me the drink at this point because I’m not gonna argue with you about what I ordered. The person taking the order made a simple mistake and I was fine with that but it was the refusal to correct it. I’m at a point I HATE this location. Just exchange the drink it’s not like I had a small and asked for a large I ordered a drink of the same size just wanted what I ordered! I’ll just take the extra few minutes to go to the other location not fair down the street it’s been too many problems here. Customer service is TRASH!
