- JAJeff AbodeelyAug 15, 20251.0I absolutely love KKC and have made a point to stop when I see your logo, recently last week I ate at Choctaw Casino, back home in Fort Worth I took time to search nearest one to me at 800 E. Allen. Very disappointed. Fryer area, back splash, hood, entire area seen by public is filthy, I could see Fryers were not cleaned or filtered for a long time, fryers are all Brown Build Up of baked on grease, not being cleaned. They had prepared chicken in warmer. I ordered 4-piece chicken w/ biscuit plus 6-piece Tenders w/ biscuit and paid $23. I chose to eat wing, drumstick and one Tender in store. Food temp was not good, Tenders were barely warm, wing and drumstick were better, however because Tender was cool warm, not hot, made my whole experience disappointing. Also, the 3 or 4 TV screen menus were not working, distorted view, they had one paper flyer on counter as menu, lady taking order could not understand English, because when I ordered 4-piece chicken, I asked a simple question, "what pieces to I get with 4-piece?" She could not understand, she could not answer simple question, she got man working register, he filled my order, but just before that he was accepting Cash with his hands, then put chicken in boxes intended for me with his Dirty Cash handling hands, GROSS! No, I did not say anything, I should not have to. I drover 13 miles for your chicken and the outlet is doing KKC a huge failure.

The chicken was dark & dried out! Both pieces! Inedible! The #krispykrunchy Ft Worth on Allen (Southside) was closed. I brought the order back the next day after work for a Fresh order. I wasn't looking for a refund. The cashier Claudia said she would have to ask the Mgr which declined! This place serves dry, old food! Customer service sucks! Watch your orders bf you leave! For 2pc chicken over $6 This is what you get from this neighborhood 😡
- EBEve BMay 19, 20214.0Definitely a fast food joint, but delicious. This chain is across La, and does a great Cajun marinade rather than just the "Texas" sprinkle on top thing. Though some Cajun delicacies do not transfer as well, the chicken is beast!
