  I took my family to Joe’s Crab Shack for dinner, and this was hands-down one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. We waited 30 minutes after being seated, and during that time three different servers walked past us repeatedly without so much as a greeting, a “hey, someone will be with”, or even eye contact. We were completely overlooked while other tables who arrived after us were helped immediately. It was frustrating, embarrassing, and honestly just unprofessional. After half an hour of being ignored, we ended up leaving without ever being served. If this is the level of service they consider acceptable, we won’t be returning.

  We came in as a party of 7 (3 adults and 4 kids), and they handled us so well! Large groups with kids aren’t always easy, but the staff was patient, friendly, and attentive the entire time. The food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted great. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed — perfect for families. We’ll definitely be back!

  My husband and I dined in on Valentine's Day. It was packed! But that didn't stop our server, Jaden, from being very attentive and so polite. He suggested delicious add ons to our meal that I've never had at Joe's before....the shrimp scampi and crab cake. They were both sooo good but I especially enjoyed that the crab cake didn't taste like filler. Delicious crab that you could see abd taste. My husband ordered the Crab Daddy Feast and I ordered the Bayou Fried BBQ Crab (I think that's what it was called) but both our meals were some of the best crab that we've had. Full plates and meaty crab legs! The manager, I think his name was Landers? I'm sorry, I forget...but he stopped by to check on us and he was very nice. You could tell he was making sure the whole restaurant was running smoothly. We will definitely be back to this location and will be asking for Jaden!

  Jersey was AMAZING!! She accommodated several detailed requests, thoroughly explained menu items with patience and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. She unintrusively checked on us throughout our meal, and was personable and friendly. She is exactly what a server should be and we will be asking for her every time we come!

  We had the calamari to start with it was pretty good wasn't all chewy and stuff it was nice and Chris really good flavor then had the crab nachos those are really good that's really the only reason we would go there cuz I wasn't sell those and that's really the only Joe's Crab shack that's open anymore in the area so we drive about 35 minutes at least to get there but it's worth it I suggest to anybody especially people that have never been there Tonight has a playground for the kids they love it just watch out whenever it's mid like about 5:00 or 6:00 in the afternoon that would a lot of them birds that if duck recover whenever you're going to run in the restaurant don't look up.
