  Jimmy John's is always so stingy with their toppings. This chicken bacon ranch sandwich is quite depressing. Now I remember why I stopped going here.

  Ordered a chicken grilled sub, with light mayo. I repeated myself 3 times & even turned off my car in the drive thru so he could hear me clearly. I was cut off while trying to repeat myself & when I called to speak to the manger, he was rude and once again cut me off. Apparently he’s the one who had taken my order & tried to correct me. He insisted that I didn’t say light mayo and instead said light lettuce. Sorry but never argue your customers. I’m pretty sure I know what I asked for since I’ve been here plenty of times. Once done expressing my frustration, he said “ok” in a dismissive way. Definitely never going again. As a pregnant woman in her first trimester who can hardly eat right now, this experience completely ruined my night.

  Item #12 Beach Club turkey. ONE Small, thin slice of turkey FOR $8.89 is ridiculous. The sandwich had only ONE Small Thin Slide of Turkey. Updated: I deleted jimmy john account and their app after received response email from their Guest Services Coordinator with Dismissive tone, No apology, Blame shift.
