After telling them which order was mine they let me know they had decided not to start it until I arrived so it would be 30 to 45 minutes more. I didn’t know you could just choose not to make an order that was already paid for. Apparently freaky fast does not apply at this Jimmy John’s or customer service going by my personal experience and their 3.7 star rating.
