The girl bagging the groceries snatched the cart from me to bring it closer to her. I’m usually understanding but it was rude. She could’ve said something instead of snatching the cart out of my hands. When I said excuse you to her she didn’t say anything besides roll her eyes. Crazy behavior considering how easy her job is. Hire people with better manners, I know HEB pays well, so why the attitude.

You'll always run into an employee when you need help finding something, unlike other stores where you have to walk all over the store just to get help. Plus all the checkout lanes are open. The best part..... Excellent Customer service from each & every employee. I Love my H-E-B

The man even gave me his own personal opinion on what to expect with the pastry and recommended which drink that would best compliment it. (it was milk or water) but the thing was that he was honest about the possibility of it being very dry and not just only stating the good. Idk I just had the feeling like he cared enough to help me find the right dessert so I wouldn't go home n be dissapointed. And he succeeded :) Idk his name but it's nice to still have people who are honest kind n genuine. I wish my heb was like this one.
- PCPaul cardaropoliDec 24, 20251.0Store was supposed to be open until 8pm on Christmas Eve and I arrived there at 7:45 pm and was told no more people were being allowed in. I only needed one thing as was told they were at capacity and needed to get their people home per the bald guy in the green shirt, if you are going to put out that you are open until 8pm then you need to adhere to it instead of turning your customers away early. This experience has now made me not want to give you my business as it clearly shows you do not care about your customers. In closing I find it disturbing that HEB will let customers walk out with thousands of dollars in groceries because of your system going down but you won’t let them in to grab a few items 15 minutes before closing.
- ABAlexaa BenitezDec 23, 20255.0Moddy! From curbside! I’m almost in tears, there’s still good people out there and Moddy is one of them. Customer service is 10/10! I came from Irving needing 12 cans of condensed soup that only H-E-B carries and it’s a ways out for me. It was a random stop for me cuz I was in the area doing a favor for a loved one but I left the house braless lol and my baby had a fever and was napping in his car seat, there was no spots available left for curbside so I tried my luck and called in 2 days before Christmas just needing 12 cans of that condensed soup for our family’s casserole lol MODDY made that happen and came out and DELIVERED! I had to extend a hug and her aura alone was the sweetest iv ever felt in such a long time a stranger iv never met before left a mark on my heart with this sweet gesture. This world needs more customer service people and people alone like Moddy. Thank you HEB and thank you Moddy! I really hope I’m spelling the name correctly lol
