The food was not edible, even drunk, my entire family didn’t finish their plates, we took them to go to be polite, but we all ended up getting diarrhea and were hugging the toilet for the longest time, probably will NEVER return, sooo bad and the papusas were flavorless and had little to no pork. And the enchilada sauce taste like chef bouardi sauce. Everything was BAD. Except the queso

Worst Mexican food I’ve EVER tasted!!! I came starving and still didn’t finish my food, it was over salted, super dry, the enchiladas taste like chefboiardi from a can, the taco tasted worst than Taco Bell and my entire table didn’t even finish their food. The service was good and the waitress was nice but NEVER again will I go here! This is food you feed someone you hate.

First time at Gloria’s, and well, the wait was a little long, but aside from that, once we were seated we received complimentary chips and dip. The chips were nice and crispy and we finished the bean and salsa dip. It was very filling, but keep that in mind if you also want to try out their dishes. We got the Migas which was okay. First time trying it and it was basically scrambled eggs with oily chips. I wasn’t a big fan of that, but the refried beans were pretty good. We then ordered the burrito, which was delish. The amount of flavors stuffed in the tortilla from the bacon to the eggs to the cubed pieces of potatoes, that was my favorite. Definitely a new spot for us to visit again. Our waiter was also very nice and attentive.

Hosts were terrible!! Line of people and she just stood there looking confused. 5 minutes after waiting we are told there would be a 30 minute wait for two. The restaurant looked to be 20-30% occupancy!! I looked at her turned around and said no one is inside and then said never mind. Won’t be returning to this location EVER! Always love Dallas and Southlake

Used to come here frequently, visited last Friday for the first time in a while and was sad to see the quality of food & service had decreased a ton. 10 minute wait even though the place was not super busy. Whatever, not a big deal. We get seated and our waitress barely spoke English. She responded to questions in Spanish and then did not know how to communicate further when we told her we didn’t know Spanish. We just got a blank stare. We ended up making it through lunch by pointing at what we needed. We got one small salsa for three people, had to ask for a refill on the salsa four times before we finally got it halfway through our meal being done. I also had to ask for my soda that I ordered three times. We had to flag somebody else down to refill our water. As other people have pointed out, I was shocked by the portion sizes. I got the steak fajitas. It came with (literally, I have the picture here), 5 pieces of fajita meat & two small cuts of bell pepper. The fajita meat itself was good, everything else was just meh. I’d rather them just up their menu prices than give you a laughable amount of food. Sad to see a place that used to be so fun & with great food + service decline so sharply, but many such cases these days. Won’t be returning anymore, I’ll try to forget this last trip & remember Gloria’s from her glory days 😆
