I don't visit 5 guys often, but they are consistent. By consistent average burgers with really good fries. Burgers are very pricey, think my double cheeseburger was $16 and really wasn't anything special. Thin patties. Not terrible but lots of better options in the area.

Ordered a burger, I never have issues at five guys so figured it was a safe call. When the burgers got here though? It’s like they play mix match with sauces and ingredients. COMPLETELY WRONG. To the point there’s no way the employee wasn’t under the Influence. THAT BAD

I placed my order through the app, notified the store that I was on my way, and again upon arrival. I waited in my car for about 15–20 minutes, relying on the app to notify me when the order was ready. The app continued to show that the order was still being prepared. I eventually went inside to check, and the staff claimed they were waiting on the fries. However, when I opened the bag, it was clear the fries were already in there—lukewarm to cold and soggy, and my burger had clearly been sitting out, getting cold. I paid over $18 for this meal and was extremely disappointed with both the food quality and the dishonest response from the staff. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide I will not be returning to any Five Guys location in the future.
