- PBPangNhia BurkeDec 22, 20252.0Management really needs to address some ongoing issues at this location. I keep telling myself I’m not going to come back, but the fries are just that good. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives stop. On several occasions, I’ve called to let them know the Cajun fries are over-seasoned—and not just a little. It’s so bad that I have to come home and sift through my fries before I can eat them. You can clearly see in the photo that there’s still way too much seasoning even after sifting. When I’ve called to give feedback, the response has been dismissive at best. I’ve been told, “Okay, next time just get it without Cajun,” or the call was simply ended. That’s not customer service, and it doesn’t address the issue. Employees in-store also barely acknowledge customers, which adds to the poor experience. At this point, I’ll likely drive the extra 5 miles to another location and hope for better service and consistency.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
