Pollo Loco is being one of my favorite place to get a chicken because I’m a chicken person lol. I love chicken, but this is my first store that I visited and has very clean store and very fresh food. And the plus are the employees with the smile with the happiness. For me as a businessman, this mean that they have a good leader because they’re happy employees working with very nice smile definitely I’m gonna return to this location. I love them I wanna say thank you to the kitchen crew and cashier as well they made my day. Thank you ❤️

I have to say, he has the absolute BEST PERSONALITY, and CUSTOMER SERVICE you could experience‼️He always makes sure to give you fresh, hot food, and he can definitely make the BEST SWEET TEA you ever had. When he’s not there, I unfortunately have to say the food can be a ‘hit or miss’, but when he’s there, you’re guaranteed to have the best experience and food ever! Continuing on, I do think the establishment could use an upgrade, especially on ‘lobby cleanliness’. Sometimes younger workers (not all), skip steps when it comes to truly cleaning the lobby areas, and some days it shows when you go inside to order and eat. All in all, I do recommend this location for some of the best chicken, sweet tea, and avocado sauce ever!
