The store is somewhat laid out like a Subway sandwich shop, but when I got to the Order location I found that the cashier was at the other end of the counter and I had to shout my selections to her which caused a bit of a scene that was unavoidable since I had to stand in front of the display counter and call out my selections. The "smears" are great and are right after the bagel display counter in their own case. They're so easy to spread and delicious. In the end, everyone enjoyed the bagels but I will need to have my order prepared in advance next time.
