It definitely wasn’t, I’ve had chai from this exact location before, and this was nothing like it. She also messed up the drink before mine, so clearly it wasn’t just me. If you’re new, that’s fine, but at least listen and don’t be rude to customers. Super frustrating experience.

I watched one poor soul crank out every specialty bagel solo while the rest of the crew stood idle at their stations. A little flexibility and division of labor would’ve cut the wait time in half (for us about 25min and it wasn’t very full)
