She makes my drink and pours too much milk when mixing the coffee instead of being a good steward of her job and measuring like she should— then pours out almost half a cup of the remaining drink down the drain with whatever coffee from my two shots was also in that— which would entail that I didn’t get my full two shots of coffee at this point making my drink taste like a cup of milk, not a coffee. I’m not mad… but what pisses me off is the first time I requested they re make my drink and explained why, I had a snotty brat little brunette girl give me attitude when I was extremely kind about it and it didn’t even have nothing to do with her. Then tonight 11/17/25 the same blonde did it again and I said I’m sorry I’m not trying to be annoying but when you don’t measure and over pour the milk like that…. Blah blah blah please re make my drink. She was clearly annoyed making it awkward and like I’m such a burden, does customer service not exist anyone unless they get a forced tip??!?!!? … then her co worker asked what happened and she sadistically says “I apparently poured out too much coffee”. Yes, yes you did. Make the drink correct and you won’t have to do it right a second time. Crazy right? So simple. Can’t stand entitlement and the lack of work ethic this new generation has is wild.. It’s coffee try working a laborious job little girl and then you can have something to be miserable about. I can discern and I know body language. It’s just ridiculous.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
