  I came by today to get my bumper magnet and they were SLAMMED! I had to wait a long time for my drink but I will say that was expected judging by the crazy line they had I've never seen them so busy. Got the peppermint mocha and a magnet for free. The girl with the braid pigtails and the big baggy shorts was very nice I didn't ask for her name but she was great!

  The drive through took 14 minutes. You can’t blame the poor kids working there. It’s like someone just handed them a headset and said good luck. While you are training them how to do their basic job, maybe a small reminder that if it takes that long to offer a small apology, “Sorry for the ludicrous wait. Thank you for your patience.” It’s not their fault but no one seemed aware of how bad it was. Everyone seemed completely clueless. I worked in fast food when I was a teenager, so I have massive amounts of empathy and patience for these kids. Management leaves you undertrained and understaffed because we can’t afford it. I get it. But this was really hard to believe. And the bee problem! I’m guessing that it’s not only an issue there because there was a corporate sign that said the window remains closed due to bees. I have never seen that before. Is there something preventing you from calling professional service or a local beekeeper to come collect the hive? “Let’s just print a sign,” seemed like the most responsible solution?

  Mike birch is a man who doesn’t like coffee, a man who’s doctor said he can’t drink energy drinks anymore, but most importantly a man who comes to Dutch bros just to see the friendly faces. Danny (i think that’s the name) seems to be have such a good grip on things it almost makes me want to apply! And that girl with all those piercings… she is the real star here. She takes time out of her day, to help me find what i want. I don’t know what i want, barely know what i can even have, but she’ll find me something! I mean really, why would anyone go to Starbucks and get turned down for that bear cup that all the employees bought before they even went on shelves, when this place is right here? You go in and say “I hate coffee and I can’t have energy, hit me with something” and Pretty girls choose your drink for you! Lovely place… MIKE BIRCH OUT (with love)

  I’ve gone here multiple times a week every week since I started working in the area my experience has overwhelmingly been positive. Every time I get the employee who is a girl with dyed hair (currently purple) I have the worst experience first she’s sitting down outside, waiting over a minute to try and talk to me while I’m sitting directly in front of her in the drive-through so she can be on her phone then another time I come by she spends over seven minutes, talking to her boyfriend in the drive-through line while multiple cars pile up behind me.

  I just wanted to pop by to speak high praises of the N. Beach St team(s)! I usually go during probably some of their busiest times in the morning. Despite it being the morning rush, I've never once felt like I was inconveniencing any of the people or teams I've spoken with. They don't even look stressed out(?) Anyone who has helped me is always calm, kind and helpful! They always tell me to have a good day, and it always seems genuine! I've been meaning to write a review for a while now. I genuinely look forward to stopping by. I don't know who runs this location, or if the team just works really well together but truly, everyone is calm and my order is always ready when I get there and right! Thank y'all for being so great. I'm always in awe at how kind everyone is. From one ex-barista to the Broistas at N. Beach - thank you!
