- JMjewel marie1 day ago1.0I normally really love this location, but today I found an artificial nail in my drink. I personally have fake nails, so I understand accidents happen. However working with people’s food and drinks this should NOT happen. Absolutely disgusting. I will not be returning here.
- KMKelsie MunroJan 2, 20261.0This is one of the main locations I come to and I’ve never had any issues but it has just not been great the last month or so I’ve gone. Y’all have changed broistas like my toddler changes her clothes. They have an i don’t care attitude, barely acknowledge the customer, and are not efficient in any way. Any time I do a mobile order, the person outside taking orders tells me it’ll be ready at the window, thinking okay they just have been busy they haven’t had time. no biggie. Except that’s not the case, they turn around reach into the fridge and hand me my drink. So I have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes after my selected pick up time to get my drink that is just sitting in the fridge watering down because your broistas are too lazy to walk a drink outside. I don’t care if they’ve been busy and haven’t made it yet, but to let a drink sit and wait while the person is in the drive thru is ridiculous.

There was another girl who stood out to me during the mystery pin drop - adored her too! Keep up the awesome service yall!

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
