Placed a mobile order today for drive through (before I realized the drive through would take 20+ minutes to get through, my bad) but what was irritating was the girl taking orders outside not taking orders in the order that the cars were in before she divided the line. I get having a long line, being busy, and short staffed (I’m also in the service industry and try to be very patient about these kind of things cause I get it) but if you’re dividing lines maybe keep in mind the order of cars or keep a system. There’s no reason three cars that were behind me got checked in/got their order taken before mine when I was already in line for a bit, just a bit frustrating.

The people taking my order are nice but there was on person with pink hair that did not say hi or anything and made my drink without a care. I come because it is close by. But I may switch to a further location. Also trying to get in is awkward lol I’m afraid there will be an accident one day 😅😅😅. Also this doesn’t take away that I often have good conversations with some of the workers but not all. I think I left a cash tip once. But idk may or may not come back.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
